SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UNITED KINGDOM

- FREE Standard Delivery — 7–12 business days

INTERNATIONAL

- FREE International Shipping — 7–12 business days

We currently ship to the UK, all EU countries, and selected international destinations including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price unless stated at checkout. Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen during busy periods or due to carrier issues.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the latest estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will help you resolve it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us, we can re-send it once the delivery cost has been paid.
