REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Glimvora jewellery. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days.

30-DAY RETURNS

You can return any unworn item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, email us at deniz.pacal045@gmail.com with your order number.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you live in the UK or EU, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, this right.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning it is your responsibility.

EARRINGS

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and still sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your rights if earrings arrive faulty.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method. If the item has been worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect this.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
